During our Move-In and Move-Out Cleanings, we follow a very straight-forward, extensive checklist.

We are very proficient at Move-Out Cleaning.

Our Move-Out Cleaning checklist includes the interior and exterior of all cabinets in the kitchen, bathroom(s), and throughout the home. It also entails the interior, exterior, and underneath of all appliances, inside every closet, drawer, medicine cabinet, and a whole lot more. Move-In & Move-Out Cleanings include but are not limited to the following:

✧ Kitchen:

  • Countertops and Backsplash cleaned and sanitized
  • Sink and Fixtures cleaned and sanitized
  • Appliances cleaned (both inside and out)
  • Appliances polished
  • Behind and underneath Appliances cleaned (*Appliances must be pulled out upon arrival)
    • Tops of Cabinetry dusted

✧ Bathroom(s):

  • Amenities scrubbed and shined
  • Fixtures scrubbed and shined
  • Soap Scum removal
  • All Surfaces disinfected (after they have been cleaned)
(Hard water removal available upon request)

✧ Throughout:

  • Cobweb, removal
  • High Dusting with a telescopic pole
  • Woodwork, detailed; (Windowsills, Doors, Doorframes, Baseboards, Crown Molding, etc...)
  • Walls, spot cleaned (unless walls are freshly painted)
  • Cabinetry and Hardware, cleaned (both inside and out)
  • Closet Shelving, cleaned
  • Panel Blinds and/or Shutters, cleaned
  • Interior of Windows, Window Frames, and Tracks, cleaned
  • Floors, Vacuumed and Mopped meticulously✧
